Services
Great Britain Tile provides tile, stone and flooring installation and related services, including:
- Tile and natural stone installation
- Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) installation
- Hardwood and laminate flooring
- Carpet installation
- Floor demolition and surface preparation
- Design consultation and showroom services
Purchases from our online store, GBTile Collections, are governed by that site's own terms.
Quotes and estimates
All quotes and estimates are:
- Valid for 30 days from the date issued
- Subject to a site inspection and final measurements
- Based on standard installation conditions
- Subject to change for unforeseen conditions or changes in scope
Payment terms
Payment terms are set out in each contract. Generally:
- A deposit may be required to begin work
- Progress payments may be required for larger projects
- Final payment is due on completion and acceptance of the work
- Late payments may incur additional charges
Warranty
We warranty our workmanship as specified in each contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers. Our warranty covers:
- Defects in installation workmanship
- Installation according to industry standards
- Correction of installation-related issues
Limitation of liability
Great Britain Tile's liability is limited to the cost of correcting defective work. We are not liable for:
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Material defects covered by manufacturer warranties
- Damage from misuse or normal wear and tear
- Issues arising from customer-supplied materials
Customer responsibilities
- Providing accurate project information
- Giving our team access to the work site
- Removing personal items from work areas
- Obtaining necessary permits, unless otherwise specified
- Final inspection and acceptance of completed work
Cancellation policy
Project cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed and materials already ordered.
Website use
The content on this website, including text, photos and logos, belongs to Great Britain Tile or its partners and may not be copied without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we're not responsible for their content.
Dispute resolution
We'll try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation first. If that isn't possible, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pasco County, Florida.
