By accessing and using the Great Britain Tile website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

Great Britain Tile provides tile, stone, flooring installation, and related services including:

• Tile and stone installation
• Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) installation
• Hardwood and laminate flooring
• Carpet installation
• Design consultation services
• Showroom services

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Subject to site inspection and final measurements
• Based on standard installation conditions
• May be adjusted for unforeseen conditions or changes in scope

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts. Generally:

• Deposits may be required to begin work
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion and acceptance of work
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Warranty

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual contracts. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers. Our warranty covers:

• Installation workmanship defects
• Proper installation according to industry standards
• Correction of installation-related issues

Limitations of Liability

Great Britain Tile's liability is limited to the cost of correcting defective work. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Material defects covered by manufacturer warranties
• Damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear
• Issues arising from customer-supplied materials

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information
• Ensuring site access for our team
• Removing personal items from work areas
• Obtaining necessary permits (unless specified otherwise)
• Final inspection and acceptance of completed work

Cancellation Policy

Project cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed and materials ordered.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pasco County, Florida.
