Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all our services. We'll assess your project, talk through material options and give you a detailed quote. Contact us to schedule yours.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve the Tampa Bay area, including Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Odessa and surrounding communities. For larger commercial projects, we work throughout Central Florida.

Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?

Installation
What types of flooring do you install?
Tile and natural stone, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), hardwood, laminate and carpet. We also offer floor demolition and grout restoration. See all our installation services.
How long does a typical installation take?
Most residential rooms (200–400 sq ft) take 1–2 days, while larger or more complex projects can take 3–5 days. Commercial projects depend on square footage and complexity. We'll give you a timeline with your estimate.
What's included in your installation service?
Site assessment, material delivery, work area preparation, subfloor inspection and repair, underlayment, precise installation, grouting and sealing, cleanup, and a final walkthrough with you.
How do I prepare my space for installation?
We handle most of the preparation, including moving standard furniture, removing old flooring and preparing the subfloor. We just ask that you clear away personal items. You'll get detailed instructions during your consultation.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Great Britain Tile is fully licensed and insured for your protection, and we've been serving Tampa Bay since 1986.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship, and the specific warranty depends on the type of installation and materials. We'll go over the details during your consultation.
Do you provide maintenance and repair services?
Yes. We offer grout restoration, including deep cleaning, color renewal, crack repair and sealing, and we can repair and maintain existing installations to keep your floors looking their best.
