My wife and I recently had our third child and bought a home that needed tile work before we could move in. Needless to say we had so many things to manage all at once to get the house ready.

When we moved into our new home 12 years ago, we inherited a snow white carpet that had little wear and tear. But in very little time, two active teenagers and a raft of pets turned the carpet into a dull gray. Attempts to restore its luster proved futile so we decided to replace the carpet with tile.
